Returns & Exchanges
We will exchange or return any item, including sale items when contacted within 10 days of customer receiving delivery. Items must be in original unused condition with all labels & product swing tags attached. Gift cards are exempt from being returned.
Please note return shipping is not covered by Cuda and comes at the customers cost. Cuda is not liable for the loss of items being returned and we highly recommend a trackable shipping service to avoid any issues during return transit.
A refund will only be processed once we have received and inspected the returned items. We will then assess the item once returned to ensure it meets our criteria before a refund or exchange will be processed.

Please note shipping charges are not refunded unless the item is incorrect or faulty.Faulty Items-
All items are checked and quality controlled for faults before being shipped. However, if you find a fault with your purchase please contact us immediately at email@example.com with a description of the fault. Once the fault has been established we will endeavour to correct the fault.
